The F2A1 Buffalo, hurricane and gladiator making turns (and half loopings) with a speed of just 250-300 km/h (WTF) and without any shaking. When flying the E i cant make a full turn with 350-400 kilometers per hour and when pulling the stick just a bit too much the airplane is going over the wing and the airplane is suddenly "taking a header". The Hurricanes and even Gladiators are a way better as the M109 (i have the E series). The german fighters are so crap and i am flying realistic combat. says something about the lethality doesn't it? )"Īs far as i have read in the forums the Pzgr 40s are currently more deadly then the 7,5cm Pzgr 39. "Infact i hunt KV-1's when i use my Panzer 3's ( Pzgr 40 frontal shot through the axial gun port = 1 shot kill everytime. while Facing Kore sabres and Migs that outperform it in every aspect besides mass per shot. Lassard (one of the plane devs) took the Me out for 3 rounds and then said "It's feeling itsel at it's br". the Reason the Me 262 is at that BR is "The overwhelming armanement" of 4 Anti-Bomber MK108. having to face T-54s and IS-4s with Panthers whos Pzgr 39 was nerfed into oblivion is "fair". having to Face B-57"Flying to the moon so i can deny you your deserved victory" Canberras in K-4 and D-13s is fair. keeping the Tiger Is Pzgr 40 away while it faces IS-2 Mod 44s is fair. "But they are constantly adding more units to ALL factions and tweaking different values of different units to make them more historically accurate and match making fairer." I remember not so long ago the ME - 262's won every match in realistic for Germany.Īnd you were able to spawn as an bomber immediately as a tank battle started. However the japanese Aircraft is generally very slow and vulnerable so in Realistic battles they more often than not, get chewed up.īut they are constantly adding more units to ALL factions and tweaking different values of different units to make them more historically accurate and match making fairer. The Japs have it a bit harder the A6M's are extremely good in a dog fight as they have extremely high manuerverability so in arcade they dominate. The BF 109's climb like UFO's going over 3000ft in a minute and carrying alot of good weapons usually 20mm cannons, good armour for fighters and usually the fastest aircraft in their tiers. With Aircraft combat, i find the Germans are the easiest to win with in Realistic battles, Infact i hunt KV-1's when i use my Panzer 3's ( Pzgr 40 frontal shot through the axial gun port = 1 shot kill everytime. I have absolutely no trouble winning as Germany in the ground forces, They had smart designs and sloped armour the only things that were bad about them is they were produced very crudely as they only expected them to last acouple weeks, they had no radio and the optics were not so user friendly. The game is pretty balanced, and T-34's were very good tanks. It's really not as extreme as you make it out to be, it more or less has become a glorified Pzgr 40. On the other hand the 7,5cm Pzgr 39 was screwed up recently. well since they fixed the machine cannons atleast the germans aren't that screwed anymore. and then there is this:Īnd for the screwed thing in the quote. that 12,8 cm gun just feasts on those pesky T-54s and IS-4s. i have stopped playing after i read that the Simulator and Realistic battles got their rewards drastically decreased.Īnd now i have to say. in their forums there a many threads about it. the t-34 doesnt get destroyed and i get onehitted from the frontĪnd afaik in the Air the Germans and the Japs are screwed I just love it if i hit a T-34 with my StuG III with the long barreled 7.5 cm gun or my Panzer IV F2 in to the side. and something which i think WoT has made better: the tech trees itself: instead of buying a tank and then upgrading it with better armor and gun you buy a Panzer IV ausf. both sides currently use the same optics (we know the Soviets had shit optics and the germans more or less the best optics.). the Russian often get a Battle Rating decrease. the Germans have 6 Tank trees of which only 3 (Heavy, Medium and Tankhunter) go further than tier 3 the other 3 are Panzerkampfwagen 38t (up to tear 3 with the hetzer), Panzer II (Start tank, stays in tier 1) and FlaKvehicles (up to tier 2) and you NEED 6 bought tanks to go into the next tier (btw the Panzer III is the precursor of the tiger. i aint the only one who thinks this) quite Russia biased. on the other hand it seems to be quite (hang me high. Anyone else playing War Thunder? (MMORPG with WW2 Setting, Planes and Tanks allready included, Ships planed)

Infant: Connecting to the Latch anchors was easy, and the 5-foot, 6-inch-tall front passenger had plenty of legroom. The three top tether anchors sit far down the seatback and are blocked by the cargo floor, which is not ideal, and is the reason our forward-facing convertible received a lower grade. The extra set of anchors does make the vehicle more flexible because you can use the middle set of anchors to install a car seat, which you normally cannot do in a vehicle with anchors in only the outboard positions. There wasn’t enough room to safely install our three car seats in the backseat, however. The outboard anchors are exposed for easy access and connection the middle anchors sit just within the seat bight and are also easy to use. Latch: The Passport has three sets of anchors that’s one more than most vehicles have.Related: Search Car Seat Checks graphic by Melissa Galicia Vega A Grade Take a look at how the Latch system and each car seat scored below in our Car Seat Check of the 2019 Honda Passport. In our Car Seat Check, the Passport excelled for its easy-access Latch anchors and roomy backseat, but lost points for its difficult-to-access top tether anchors, which must be used when installing a forward-facing car seat. The Passport is based on the Pilot but is smaller, with only two rows and seating for five. The verdict: Honda’s three-row Pilot SUV has a lot of fans, and the automaker is building on that vehicle’s winning formula with its newest SUV, the 2019 Passport. Five nights at Freddys is back in this deady sequel The new security guy is Jeremy Fitzgerald, who starts working at Freddy Fazbears Pizza tonight. The games new characters are going to make know what its like to feel really scared. You can download the free version from the Android Market or Gsoft Apps Store, and if you want to upgrade, you can purchase the game for a modest price. Face new and terrifying challenges in Five Nights at Freddys 2. For fans of the series, Five Nights at Freddy's 2 will provide another great introduction to the series, but those who haven't played the original should definitely go back to play it first. The story is just as scary as the original one, with a couple of extra elements that will surely make the old-fashioned adventure feel modern. It's not just a port of the arcade version, but also includes all the content that the original game has, as well as a number of bonus levels and extra items. If you want a good game to play on the Android mobile platform, Five Nights at Freddy's 2 provides a great alternative. You'll discover that Scott Cawthon knows his audience, and he aims to make his game as terrifying as the teenage population in which he grew up. Anyway, this doesn't really matter because the point is to play as much as possible and discover what makes Five Nights at Freddy's 2 different from its predecessors. The non-existent psychic connections between the main character and his colleagues, the strange symbols etched on the walls, and the unexplained phenomena involving the purple blood tendons that Cherry Candy wears in the second game all suggest that Five Nights at Freddy's 2 might actually be a work of fan fiction rather than legitimate fiction. The story is a simple one, although you'd be surprised how much detail the developers put into making this game's world look "real." Although the story is based on a true story (the game takes place in an office in Colorado Springs where the director of a neurological research center is experimenting on animals), it doesn't take place in a realistic setting. It's appropriate for players who have been bitten by the horror bug, but it's not a blood and gore game. A fast-paced game, Five Nights at Freddy's 2 has a lot of scares but little violence. Isaac's loyal lab assistant, Cherry Candy, who must save the man known as Freddy in order to save her own mind and stop a blood-thirsty serial killer from taking over the Freddy Industries facility. It's the second installment in the long-running Five Nights at Freddy's series of horror games. Five Nights at Freddy's 2 is a new indie horror game developed and released by independent developer Scott Cawthon formerly of Valve Corporation. If you have downloaded a copy, you can either use your saved copy, or you can download a new copy from your App Store -> Purchases tab. If you DO NOT download a copy of each major release so it is in your Purchases tab, then when Apple releases a new major macOS version, you will no longer be able to get an older version. You can "Quit" the download when it begins the install and starts asking you questions. HOWEVER, you should ALWAYS download a copy of each major macOS release, so that you will have that release in your Applications -> App Store -> Purchases list. If this is a system that does not surf the internet, such as an older Mac being used as a home server (I do this with an older Mac), or a Mac you use for things that do not involve lots of random internet access (also called surf'in the web), then an even older macOS release can be acceptable. If the Mac is your everyday driver, then keeping within the last 3 operating system releases is going to keep you up-to-date with security releases (today that would be El Capitan 10.11.*, Sierra 10.12.*, or High Sierra 10.13.*) iPhones running out of battery when you really need it, is also something users do not want, especially if you need to make an emergency phone call.ĭo not let people that refuse to understand the limitations of battery technology make your decisions for you. With the HD rendering of older titles comes such clarity that some illusions can break like seeing the matte. There's a whole conversation about the value of CRT image blending that I'll spare you here. These games rendered at low SD resolutions and were expected to be displayed on CRT TVs. Silent Hill optimized its art style in its early games by obscuring details for the benefit of the experience, leaning into obscurity with fog, darkness, and screen noise. The technical limitations of late 90's/early '00s technology led to Silent Hill being iconically foggy. So go ahead and play whichever interests you most! If you cannot pick a starting place, I'd recommend starting with Silent Hill 2 (2001) as it is the most popular and among the easiest to install. Other games may make reference or insight to previous games, but they are largely easter eggs and lore tidbits to reward longtime players.įor the doubters out there, my first game was Silent Hill 3 and I did not know it was in any way related to Silent Hill and did not feel there were any holes or otherwise incomplete parts of the story. However, while playing Silent Hill can greatly enhance your appreciation of these games, they are not in any way necessary. Silent Hill 3, Silent Hill: Origins, and Silent Hill: Shattered Memories all have some relationship with Silent Hill. That said, there are some slight (spoiler-free) caveats to that statement. If you're not sure which game to start with or if it's okay to play any particular game before another, know that every single entry is a complete and independent story. During King William's War, a raiding party of French and their native allies attacked and largely destroyed it again in the Battle of Fort Loyal (1690). In 1676, the village was destroyed by the Abenaki during King Philip's War. When the Massachusetts Bay Colony took over Casco Bay in 1658, the town's name changed again to Falmouth. The peninsula was settled in 1632 as a fishing and trading village named Casco. Fort Levett in the harbor is named for him. The explorer sailed from England to the Massachusetts Bay Colony to meet John Winthrop in 1630, but never returned to Maine. Ultimately, the settlement was a failure and the fate of Levett's colonists is unknown. A member of the Council for New England and agent for Ferdinando Gorges, Levett built a stone house where he left a company of ten men, then returned to England to write a book about his voyage to bolster support for the settlement. Christopher Levett, an English naval captain granted 6,000 acres (2,400 ha) in 1623 to found a settlement in Casco Bay. It is also called Məkíhkanək (“At the fish hook”) in Penobscot. The Greater Portland area has emerged as an important center for the creative economy, which is also bringing gentrification. The word Portland is derived from the Old English word Portlanda, which means "land surrounding a harbor". In turn, the city of Portland, Oregon, was named after Portland, Maine. Portland was named after the English Isle of Portland. The city seal depicts a phoenix rising from ashes, a reference to recovery from four devastating fires. The Port of Portland is the second-largest tonnage seaport in the New England area as of 2019. Historically tied to commercial shipping, the marine economy, and light industry, Portland's economy in the 21st century relies mostly on the service sector. The Greater Portland metropolitan area has a population of approximately 550,000 people. Portland's population was 68,408 in April 2020. It is the most populous city in the state and the seat of Cumberland County. Portland ( / ˈ p ɔːr t l ə n d/ PORT-lənd) is a city in the U.S. The more you use it, however, the better you will understand what it’s telling you and with some experimentation in crossover slopes, EQ, time alignment, install tweaker, etc, you’ll find that it is a very powerful tool. This is obviously not geared to be an ‘ultimate tuning thread’. I just can’t get into the time alignment aspect due to it being very complicated (and in my experience easier to set by ear anyway). However, I will touch on how to tell if drivers are in phase with each other in the last portion of this tutorial. This thread will not get into phase and time alignment features because, frankly, that opens up an ENTIRE other can of worms and I don’t want to bog this thread down anymore than it’s going to be. I really suggest you guys take a look at his thread, too. Ge0 wrote a very good tutorial a couple years back on this subject. Those of you who are may be able to articulate some of the below with more ease and precision than I can, and if you find something wrong, please jump in. I’m not a degreed acoustic engineer or anything of the sort. This is not specifically a tutorial on TrueRTA itself, but rather a tutorial on how to use TrueRTA with binaural microphones and how to use the results in a meaningful way to help you get a more pleasant stereo system in your car. I also assume you know how to use this program, but I will try my best to detail specific steps throughout the tutorial, providing links along the way to appropriate threads/sites for further information. That’s what my pals said at the start of the Elton John open-air concert near Geneva, Switzerland this week-end (July 2002).The following thread assumes you are familiar with what an RTA is, and more specifically, how to use programs such as TrueRTA. “You’re going to try recording with those in your ears! Why bother - something that small can’t be much good”. Voltage range – 2vdc – 12vdc (48v on XLR version).Produces extremely realistic recordings. Can be used directly with any recorder that has “plug-in-power” or with battery module.See the details on each module for features and specifications. You can also use battery module to adjust bass response and adjust levels. Microphone power supply (Battery Modules): For loud recording situations, the mics need more power than typical recorder can provide. These are also handy for those recordists who need the microphones to be very unobtrusive as they completely cover the mic element. These windscreens are acoustically transparent, and allow sound to pass through to your ears and the microphones completely unchanged. Windscreens: Since there are some variances in the shape of the human ear, and especially for customers with larger than average ears, and/or for windy situations, soft foam windscreens are available. The high sensitivity option is for use in situations that will range from very quiet to moderately loud sounds. The standard sensitivity option is for use in situations that will range from fairly quiet to very loud sounds. There are two available microphone sensitivities. The cables terminate in a stereo 1/8″ (3.5mm) right angle gold-plated miniplug. While recording, your hearing is not impaired, so you can enjoy the sound of the performance while making very realistic recording. This results in the most realistic recording possible, from the perspective of the person wearing them. These mics put the mic element right next to the ear canal, well within the Pinna. Because everyone’s Pinna is unique, recording made in your own ears will sound the most realistic. Even earbud Binaurals have the mic element outside the Pinna. There have been many ‘binaural’ microphone designs over the years…….mics built into fake heads, built into Croakies, made with clips for attaching to glasses, built into headphones and earbuds.Īll of these have one flaw……none actually put the mic element in the best possible place for the most realistic recording within the Pinna (the part of the human ear that is visible the folds on the outside). The SP-TFB-2 Sound Professionals In-Ear Binaural microphones are mounted in extremely comfortable super-soft, In-Ear holders that slip right into the ear structure.
